_{──────── ・ ✦ Artists' service conditions
I. — I have the right to refuse/decline your request.
II. — I will not entertain any suspicious accounts and accounts that have been blacklisted from my services.
III. — Please ask for permission before using my art for commercial purposes. I also require a small fee for commissions that are to be used for commercial use.
IV. — Please be clear with what you're requesting and prepare some references/details beforehand.
V. — I mostly base the price on the complexity of the character's design and the request itself, so I do recommend sending your character references and commission details before asking for the price.
VI. — Frequent changes in your commission (max of 2) will come with extra fees (+23% If they are major changes. Minor changes are free), so be sure that you're sure of what you want.
VII. — I will automatically cancel your order if you ever become unreachable for 1-2 months or if a pending payment has not been made within 3 days. Accidents or poor time management is inexcusable.
VIII. — I will only start with the basic composition (with base colors) of the commission after you've paid 50% or more. As for commissions that are fully paid, I will be regularly sending updates regarding the commission.
IX. — I often experiment with my styles, (Using different brushes, coloring, shading style, etc.) so, if you're seeking to buy anything from me in a specific style that I've done before, please send it to me so that I can have a clearer understanding of what you want!──────── ・ ✦ Usage agreement of commissioned work
I. — You can use the commissioned artwork/s as icons/pfps, emotes, wallpapers, virtual stickers. Remember! You can use them as what was mentioned above, but you cannot sell my artwork for personal profit unless I gave you permission! But be sure to credit me if you do end up being given said permission.
II. — Again, I'd like to reiterate and stress the fact that all of my works are for personal use only. If you'd like to use my work for commercial use, an extra fee may be added, except for works I've labeled as "for commercial use" in advance already. Do not ever resell the artworks as merchandises like prints, shirts, stickers, pins, etc. without my permission!
III. — You are not permitted to use unfinished commissions that were not paid, such as some of my sketches. It doesn't matter if the characters are your own.
IV. — Any modifications on the artwork is not allowed, unless you're trying to show me an example of your preferences for the artwork. This includes removing my watermark and/or replacing it with yours, coloring the sketch/lineart, modifying the colors/shading, drawing/editing over the artwork itself without my permission.
V. — You are obviously not allowed to copy/trace the artwork and sell it in any other forms. You do not own my artwork, nor did you make it. I would allow copying/tracing my work if you're using it for art studies or anything of the like, but do remember to credit me.
VI. — Do not use my art for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). It shall not be used for anything related to it either.
VII. — Do not use my art for anything concerning generative AI tools, or any form of AI art. The reason should already be a given.──────── ・ ✦ Payment process and some key reminders
I. — My payment methods are listed below. I only accept those payment methods, nothing else.
II. — Do not send your payment before I approve the commission. This is to avoid a problem or a commotion from transpiring in the process of the discussion for the commission.
III. — Payment will take place strictly after a quick sketch of the overall composition is sent. This will prove that I am willing to take up on your request to commission.
IV. — For orders with more than two characters, I expect to receive at least half of the payment after the first batch of sketches is sent! Just so I know you will not be cancelling after sketching so many characters.
V. — I will pause the commission until you've paid. If unreachable by 3 or more days, refer to the consequence stated in VII. of Artists' service conditions.
VI. — I will have to inquire full payment for everything $30 and below. Everything above $30 can be paid 50% after the sketch and after the finished product with watermark is sent. Full payment after the sketch will be all up to you <3
VII. — Strictly no refunds. You can tell me to make adjustments if not satisfied. Although- again, I will be charging for major changes (with a max of 2 changes), but minor changes are free.
VIII. — I will still charge based on what I've finished if you cancel.
IX. — Some other payment methods may not be available all the time. So please do ask before paying me.}O3. ✦ — Do's and Don'ts.
_{──────── ・ ✦ Elaboration on some points and ideas
I. — I will not draw anything that promotes Homophobic, Transphobic, Xenophobic, Islamophobic, and Misogynistic content; Racist, Sexist, Ableist, Discriminative content; Any form of content that Invalidates A Person's Pronouns / Gender / Identity; Anything that promotes Pedophilia, Sexualizes Minors, Topics about R/pe; Lastly, will not take requests for anything labelled as controversial.
II. — For ship arts/fanarts- again, I will not do ship drawings of a minor and an adult. If the characters are young, romantic (puppy love) is fine but nothing sexual.
III. — I can draw male characters, but I just can't draw buff male body types just yet (sorry :c). However, if the client is willing to present me a challenge, then I would gladly take it.
IV. — Please send me picture references for your characters. It would be much easier for me to sketch them if I had something to look at rather than imagining what they may look like based just on descriptions.}
